The packet mixes will make approximately 10 - 15 bickies depending on the size you choose to roll. Our Bickie Mixes are a great little addition to any pantry especially for the time poor Mumma. All you will need to add is a flax egg, some vanilla essence and DF butter and pop into the oven for a delicious treat. Please add more liquid if the mix seems a little dry. Extra flax egg, a splash of water or a spoon of DF butter will do the trick.
* For a slightly different version, you may like to switch out the DF Butter for Coconut Oil instead.
